The franchise product

Your curriculum, compiled.

Ask which standard a lesson meets and get the file and the line.

For teachers

an individual classroom teacher buying with their own money

One educator, a handful of deliverables a year.

For districts

a district procurement officer buying for many schools

Thousands a year across many schools and subjects — the Elite shape.

3 ways to own it

Individual

$299/month

Build from what you already have.

The solo builder, independent educator, or single-domain professional. Best for deliverables in the TENS per year.

  • Ask across everything you have written and get the answer with the file and line it came from
  • Runs entirely offline on your own hardware, bound to loopback — your documents never leave the building
  • Same request, same file: a recorded compile replays byte for byte
  • Connect your own model, local or cloud, contained to the sources you authorised — or run with no model at all

Elite

$4,999/month

Current, without being asked.

Organisations whose work has to survive scrutiny and stay current. Best for deliverables in the THOUSANDS per year across many domains.

  • All eighteen library domains, not half
  • The regulated domains — student privacy and finance, where getting provenance wrong has consequences
  • Automatic freshness: STAT sources are re-checked every build and re-verified when they age past their window
  • A quarterly written digest of what moved in your domains, delivered rather than requested, and a one-page currency statement on demand
  • Priority build queue, early access to new deliverable types, and a named contact rather than a form

Measured, not asserted

Every figure below carries the file and line it was measured in, and the sentence that says what it does not mean.

What we do not claim

A product whose argument is that it refuses to show an unsourced number has to publish its own. Nobody else in a procurement meeting shows the reviewer their worst number first.

  • It is not a moat yet. The differentiator is a discipline, and discipline is copyable in a quarter by anyone who decides to pay for it.
  • None of the individual mechanisms are novel. Declaration-as-origin is schema-driven codegen; the twin law is mutation testing from the 1970s; the action chain is a Merkle log; air-gapped deployment is ordinary in regulated environments. What is unusual is applying mutation testing to the governance gates themselves.
  • Eleven of fourteen tabs declare no channel and are closed to everyone but the founder. GCBC-GRADE.txt:91-95 records this as hole H2: the product cannot onboard a second human without a ruling. This is being closed and is not yet closed.
  • Five tabs currently run against a connector that cannot find its data, and they say so on screen rather than rendering an empty result as a real one.
  • Our own internal grades: spec B, system C+, proof D. We publish the D.
